About the Event
Precinct organization comes from people who live in your neighborhood. They are volunteer activists. They work diligently to know your concerns; they promote your issues and concerns to your local and state elected officials.
Over time, these volunteers build a sustainable structure to keep you informed of current issues, create service based events to reflect your values and support your community. The structure that they build is not disbanded each year but made stronger with experience and with committed volunteers.
On February 27th meeting at the Casino Fandango Ballroom, Republican members of Carson City, Washoe and Douglas Counties will share their perspectives on how to build this basic informational building block to make you an effective elector in local, state and federal elections that will be soon before us. Speakers include Carol Fineberg, Field Operations Chair, Washoe County, Julie Moore, 2nd Vice Chair, Douglas County, Bepsy Strasburg, State Committeewoman, Carson City & County.
Please RSVP at the Republican office, 1971 California Street in Carson City or via our website at carsoncityrepublicans.com. Registration for the meeting starts at 6:30pm.
We hope to see you all there to develop stronger Precinct Organizations throughout our counties. The skills that you develop in a Precinct Organization can be used in all aspects of personal and professional life, and especially if you have ambitions for elected office one day.
