On June 14th, the protesters returned to Carson City. Some of our true patriots decided to stand for President Trump and Flag Day. It was fascinating to see a cross-section of our deteriorating society. No Kings Day is bizarre because in 1776, we made it clear to the entire world that the United States rejects any rule by a King. What is comical is if their claims were true, these people would all be in jail or worse. President Trump posted a thank you for protesting for him.

With his continuous wit, he stated he was afraid a King would take his place. The vile obscenities were over the top. One woman threatened to push one of us in front of a moving car. This photo depicts a few scenes of the protest. The woman in these photos stood right before me for several minutes, screaming F… Trump, F… ICE, F… You. The red head is calling for the assassination of President Trump.

The picture of the parking lot is right behind McFadden Plaza, at noon, the height of the protest.
Many empty parking spots were available, demonstrating that these demonstrators are being bused into our city. What is frustrating is how much income businesses lose with these uninvited guests. My group grew disgusted by the people's bizarre behavior, so we went into Firken and Fox for lunch and to give them business.
Unfortunately, the No Kings protestors are coming back on the 4th of July as we celebrate our Nation’s Birthday. CCRP is taking our elephant to the Fallon Parade, so we will not be in Carson City. We will not be escaping protestors; they will also be in Fallon. It would be great if the Carson City patriots came out and peacefully celebrated our Country. We have signs at our office if you need to pick some up. Protesters surrounded a few of us, and we found that chanting the Lord's Prayer sends them away, so there is no need to engage them. They are not interested in having a discussion. Contact me to discuss a peaceful plan if you want to organize people. We want them to know they are not welcome to behave badly in our wonderful Carson City. These are paid agitators. We are calling all patriots to celebrate our Nation on the 4th of July.

Governor, Lombardo, is working through the results of the 83rd Nevada legislative session. We need to be very appreciative of his hard work fighting for us. The link below is the list of all the bills he had to veto because they were horrid for Nevada and it demonstrates the how important it is that we take back the legislature from the Dems. So far, he has vetoed 77 bills, with more coming. Here is the link to read and review what bills have been vetoed so far along with his rationale. https://gov.nv.gov/Newsroom/vetos/2025_Veto_Messages/

Movie Night: July 10, at the Casino Fandango, Craft 55 Room.
"Average Joe" tells the true story of a high school football coach, Joe Kennedy, had no other choice but to fight. A childhood in foster care followed by 20 years in the Marine Corps was nothing compared to his biggest battle: his commitment to stand for God publicly by taking a knee in prayer after each game. When he was fired, Joe and his wife Denise knew this battle for religious freedom, freedom of speech, and the rights of all Americans was one they would have to fight—no matter the cost.
Doors open at 5:30PM with the movie starting at 6PM.
We are asking for a $10 donation to view this well-reviewed film. Bring your family and friends for a fun evening. We have popcorn and candy to create the whole movie experience.
When you attend, you may update your voter registration. By joining us, you continue supporting the Republican Party of Carson City. We greatly appreciate your support.

First Friday: On August 1st, our First Friday will travel to one of our favorites, the White House Cocktail Bar at the corner of Stewart St. & Telegraph St. We will supply appetizers; they always have a food truck there for more delicious food. We will be there from 6 to 9 PM, but it is fun to stay a little longer, enjoying sitting outside during the summer evenings.

August 23 for the CCRP Lazy Days of Summer BBQ. We look forward to hosting a fun BBQ for all of you this summer at the Governor's Mansion. It's lining up to be an entertaining evening.
Our Caterer is a "Catered Affair" that serves delicious food, and the Dirt Road Ramblers will play a wide range of music for our fun event. And don’t forget to wear your most unique Cowboy Hat for our contest.

Our tickets cost $80 a person, and we have tables of 10 for $800. Tables of 10 will receive a pitcher of Margaritas. You may purchase tickets at our office or online using this QR Code. This is going to be an enjoyable evening.
Our limit for guests is 160, so do not wait to have a lovely evening on the patio of the Governor’s Mansion. Tickets may be purchased here: https://checkout.square.site/merchant/ML0CF0J3VAHS0/checkout/JCB3EBVOO5FOZ6CQYO5N4IU4?src=webqr
Fund Raising for Outreach. Now is the time to gear up for the 2026 election. We have taken on several projects to reach out to voters. Our immediate goal is to expand Outreach to New Republicans. We want to make sure they are excited and engaged for 2026. We need additional funds for mailings and small items with our logo imprinted. These new Republicans are essential for victory in 2026. We would appreciate donations towards our goal of $1,500, as this is important for the 2026 election. Checks can be made to the CCRP and mailed to the Carson City Republican Party, 1971 California Street, Carson City, NV 89701. You can also make donations on our website, with the donate button, and at our office. Please indicate that the check is for outreach. Thank you very much in advance for your donations. You are the reason we were so successful in 2024. We must all turn out to continue our movement, saving America.
Donations: CCRP would like to thank our very supportive donors. Major Donors: $1,000
Booster Donors: $500 or more
We can’t do this critical work without you; we all work together to save our beloved country. Thank you once more for your generosity.
www.carsoncityrepublicans.com. Our website is all things Republican Party. You will find National, State, and local information on our site. Also, you will find information about the current legislation and up-and-coming events. You can sign up to volunteer on our website. One suggestion is that you do not know exactly what you would like to do, a good starting point is to volunteer in the office for 3 hours a week. By doing this, you will find your mission, and we all start there. We need the support from you the dedicated volunteers to win in 2026.

(You can hear Governor Lombardo's speech at our Lincoln Day Dinner). Our Governor explains the legislature, which is very interesting and important.
God Bless America, Nevada, Carson City, and you.
Susan Ruch, your Chairman
Cheers.
