Chairman's Election Update, October 25, 2026
Happy 10th day of our General Election. In my opinion, this election cycle is unique. We've had many ups and downs, and we are concerned about the November 3 outcome. One of the most concerning races is Northern Nevada’s Congressional District 2 race. David Flippo, the Republican candidate who won the June primary, is facing off against Democrat Candidate Teresa Benitez-Thompson and Lynn Chapman (Independent American Party). What is especially unique about this election is the constant negativity and the money Super PACs are throwing into the race. Republicans always pick their preferred candidate before the primary and are extremely disappointed if that candidate doesn't prevail. We usually take a few weeks to overcome the disappointment, but then we, as Republicans, stand up and vote for the Republican Candidate. That is what we need to do now and always. We do not have the luxury of putting in a 'protest' vote (even if you really, really wanted a different outcome in the Primary). We have to understand the reality of the current situation, our conscience and moral judgment of the consequences of letting the Democrats make progress in continuing to destroy America, all in the name of power, simply cannot be allowed. We must not treat our CD2 Race in Northern Nevada any differently, and we must vote for David Flippo! The alternative would be complete chaos.
I have gotten to know David over the last few months, and I do believe he has Northern Nevada’s best interests at heart. David is the CD2 candidate who will go to Washington and vote with President Trump. David is a staunch conservative, and isn't that what we have wanted for a very long time? How many years have we cringed with the votes Congressman Amodei has cast? How angry were we when Mark voted to impeach President Trump the first time? Now we have a candidate who is a true conservative, and people are hesitating to vote for him because of negative comments from disgruntled people and lies from the super PACs. No one on this earth is perfect. We knew this would happen because the left is salivating for this seat.

Her legislative career spanned 2010 to 2022. She served as Assembly Majority Leader in 2017, 2019, and 2020 (important: the 2020 special election), and in 2021 (the 2021 special election). For all those years, as Majority Leader, she didn't allow any substantial Republican bills to receive a hearing in the Assembly. Under the guise of COVID in 2020, Governor Sisolak signed AB4 into law during the special session. They voted on it on a Sunday morning while you were in church, Sunday, August 2, late morning/early afternoon, with no one paying attention. Under Teresa’s direction, to “save us and our election,” they started the master plan: Universal mail-in ballots and Ballot Harvesting. COVID was a useful tool, and as Rahm Emanuel, Obama’s Chief of Staff, stated, “You never want a serious crisis to go to waste.” Then, in 2021, the final nail in the coffin: Teresa sponsored and introduced AB321, the worst election bill during Nevada’s 81st Legislative Session. We were shut down due to COVID. This AB321 gave us ballot harvesting and permanent universal mail-in ballots. Remember, Sisolak closed the Legislature, the people's house, so they
couldn't testify to any of the bills they pushed through. People of faith should remember also “they closed your churches,” and they want to close your churches now, and permanently. After she was termed out in 2022, she was appointed Chief of Staff to Attorney General Aaron Ford. We cannot let this tool of the Democrat party win the Congressional District 2 seat; we must vote for David Flippo. Who knows what is in Mark Amodei's heart and mind? Ignore the noise and focus on the big picture. We must look to the future; TBT certainly isn't the answer, and voting for Lynn Chapman or choosing to not vote for this seat at all means voting for the Democrat.
Beloved former Governor Jim Gibbons quoted to me today, saying, “It is time for Voters to pick a side. The Democrats want to burn America down. The Carson City Republican Central Committee is asking you to vote for David Flippo for CD 2. This Congressional Seat is a 2-year term. I ask that we give David a chance; he wants to be our committed Congressman for the Rurals. If he is not elected on November 3rd then we will be driven by democrat run Las Vegas. Elections have consequences, and allowing this Democrat (TB-T) will be a horrid mistake for us in Nevada and the country we love (impeachment, Impeachment, IMPEACHMENT). Vote for David Flippo; we must elect him!
General Election Numbers: As I write this to our Republicans on Saturday night, 4,166 of you have voted. I am asking for your help in achieving an 80% Republican turnout in Carson City. This will be monumental. If you are one of the 11,114 Republicans who have not voted, please VOTE ASAP so that we know who has voted and who has not. This saves resources, and we can follow up with voters and their ballots right up until November 3rd. Remember the consequences: not voting is voting for a Democrat.
Governor Lombardo is the only Answer; we need to reelect Joe Lombardo! Arron Ford as governor will make us East California. He will give you “Boys in Girls'” sports. A vote for Ford will lead our state to becoming a Sanctuary State, and we will see Nevada celebrating Muslim Heritage for the month of July, including discussions of Islam in public schools (2025 Legislative session AB278). That bill will come back next session, and Ford will sign it into law. Look at France; that will be our future if we do not take a stand. Vote for Joe Lombardo, Nevada’s Governor.
Lt. Governor Stavros Anthony is fantastic. Ignore the noise; more lies. We need to reelect him for another 4-year term. We could not have a better Lt. Governor.
Are you tired of bureaucrats wasting your money? Arron Ford has sued the Trump
administration 40 to 56 times. He is using your tax dollars for these frivolous lawsuits. Adriana Guzmán Fralick, stop this insanity as your new Attorney General. Nicole Cannizzaro, who is running as the Democrat, will continue the same game, and worse. She is the author of SB217, nicknamed the Abortion Tourism bill, last legislative session and the horrid question on the ballot now, Question 6, "Right to Abortion"; Question 6 is pure evil. Please vote No on 6 and vote for Adriana Guzmán Fralick for Attorney General.
If you want secure elections, vote Jim Marchant for Secretary of State. I have known Jim
for years, and we completely agree on how elections should be run. Understandably, he cannot do everything he would like because Democrats control the legislature, but he can start the process of righting the ship. We must vote for Jim Marchant as Secretary of State.

As I close, look at this beautiful child. Don’t you want this child, my granddaughter, and your children and grandchildren to live in a free society? I am voting to save our country for our children and grandchildren. We must vote to save our country. Do you want to be in Europe? Just look at France. Doesn’t it make you furious that the Democrats have aligned themselves with Islam, Terrorist groups, Socialists, and Marxists and have a plan to burn it all down? The Country, so many of you who bravely fought in many wars, we cannot lose. I look upon our military as the bravest in the world, but you must get the fire in your belly and vote for the straight RED Ticket. Get Angry and use your voice. Your voice right now is the voice for the unborn, our children, and our Country. Help us achieve victory in Carson City with an 80% turnout.
