How the World Votes – Under the guise of an epidemic, the COVID-19 virus, the United States was coerced into a universal mail-in ballot scheme for the 2020 election. We had millions of mail-in ballots sent throughout the United States. To this day, millions of people still do not believe that Joe Biden fairly won the 2020 election. It did result in Donald Trump not winning that election, which, in the end, may have been a blessing in disguise. For once more, the drunk on power Democrats overplayed their hand. President Trump had four years to get organized, to come back with an administration that believes in the MAGA movement, and to analyze how deep the deep state is.

Thankfully, due to President Trump, much of the corruption in swing states, as well as in other states, has been exposed.  One significant detail that we learned is the vulnerability of Electronic Systems to corrupt software, which enables votes to be counted bi-directionally or fractionally. It was also discovered that electronic systems in Georgia and possibly Arizona can accept photocopied ballots, and the signature verification can be set to a very low threshold to accept questionable signatures. The Voter Registrar of Clark County, Nevada, Joe Gloria, stated he did this in the 2021 election legislative hearing. These facts demonstrate why we must return to in-person voting, demand Voter ID, discontinue universal mail-in ballots, and move away from Electronic Voting Systems.   Germany and France banned electronic voting systems after the 2020 election in the United States.

Currently, President Trump wants to ban universal mail-in ballots nationwide. Our President made a blanket statement that we are the only developed country that uses universal mail-in ballots, which is an exaggeration. However, you must understand the dynamics of some of these counties and their voting systems.  We Nevadans live with universal mail-in ballots and concerns about electronic voting equipment, and we are aware of the corruption that persists with this system. Yes, there are developed countries like Canada and the United Kingdom that use universal mail-in ballots, but then consider the leadership of those countries. England is in turmoil, being taken over by Islamists, and Canada is a straight-up socialist country. Germany does send out universal ballots, but to receive a ballot, you must apply for one with a picture ID and vote in your precinct. And they have one-day voting. You must present your ID upon arrival, and you will also be required to show your valid ID again before depositing your ballot. All ballots are counted on-site in the precinct, without the use of electronic voting equipment.  Nine countries use Universal Mail-in-Ballots, but when you examine which countries use that system, does it give you a sense of comfort? These are the nine countries: Canada, Germany, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Poland, South Korea, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom. Below, I have provided more details on other counties that we, as a nation, should use as examples of why we should not use Universal Mail-In Ballots.

In 1976, France banned all mail-in ballots due to the massive fraud that occurred in Corsica, where postal ballots were stolen or bought, and voters cast multiple votes. Mail-in ballots were used to cast the votes of dead people. Unfortunately, this is precisely what occurred in the 2020 Election here in the United States.

In 1991, Mexico's election mandated voter photo IDs and banned absentee ballots. Leading up to that year, the Revolutionary Party used ballots as a method of fraud and intimidation to win elections.  In 2006, absentee ballots were allowed again, but only for those living abroad who requested them at least six months before the election. When you vote, your thumb is fingerprinted with an ink that lasts for three days, and there is only one day of voting.  This is Mexico, and we think we are so more sophisticated.

Among the 27 countries in the European Union, 63 percent ban mail-in voting unless the voter is living abroad, and another 22 percent require a photo ID to obtain a mail-in ballot. Twenty-two percent ban the practice, even for those who live abroad.  Sixteen countries in the rest of Europe have more restrictive voter laws.  Every one of these countries bans mail-in-ballot voting for residents or, at the very least, requires a photo ID to obtain a mail-in ballot. Sixty-three percent don't allow mail-in votes, even for citizens outside the country. All require voter ID. [https://www.newsweek.com/voting-fraud-real-concern-just-look-around-world-opinion-1522535

Japan and Poland have limited mail-in voting certificates for those with severe health issues. Canada has a unique ID voter document.  Canadians are trying the mail-in ballots this September. For Canadians to participate in this process, they had to apply for a ballot by the week preceding the election. The ballot must be delivered by election day, with no exceptions.  In India, a State-Issued Form of photo ID is available, but an electronic vote is also possible, which is returned by mail. Ironically, the Communist Party of India (Marxist)has alleged that postal ballots "will adversely affect the verifiability of a large number of voters, thus, transparency and integrity of the process" and expressed concerns with "instances of manipulation and malpractice" with postal ballots. [https://www.revolutionaryideas.org/HowTheWorldVotes.php]

Liberals and progressives often argue that we should model the United States on Western European countries' laws, but you never hear them claiming that we should adopt their voting systems.  There is a reason for that — most European countries either ban mail-in voting or require people to use photo IDs to obtain a mail-in ballot. In 2020, France banned electronic voting systems following the 2020 election. Fortunately, the 2020 U.S. election exposed corruption in the U.S. election system. Now we must stand with President Trump and demand that we return to in-person voting, demand voter ID, discontinue universal mail-in ballots, and stop using electronic voting systems like many other developed countries have. Our 2024 Presidential Caucus demonstrated that we, as a nation, can vote in our precincts just as we have in the past.   President Trump is attempting to overhaul our elections so that we, as a nation, feel confident that we have fair and honest elections. The 2020 U.S. election exposed corruption: now, we must demand fair and honest elections. We are a Constitutional Republic; therefore, states will need to repair their damaged election processes. Nevada will have a question on Voter ID in our Election in 2026. We must vote yes, we want Voter ID. If President Trump has the means to overhaul the election process for our Country as a whole, we must stand with him.  We need to have fair and honest elections; we, as the United States, must set the standards for the rest of the world.

Gerrymandering 101: How much do we know about “Gerrymandering”? Texas has brought this subject to the forefront with the plan to redraw its voting districts. Historically, gerrymandering has been done since March 26, 1812, in Massachusetts. Interestingly, the

origin of the term "Gerrymandering" was first used after a review of Massachusetts' redistricting maps in 1812, set by Democrat Governor Elbridge Gerry. The Boston Gazette noted that the redrawing of one of the state senate districts resembled a mythical salamander. Even though the Democrat Party did not want the Governor to redistrict, Gerry did so anyway and signed the bill into law in 1812. As a result, he received the dubious honor of attribution, along with its negative connotations. This plan was not well received by Massachusetts voters, and he was not re-elected.

Whether it's a fair tactic or not, Gerrymandering has been done by both parties ever since.

In 1874, South Carolina introduced the first non-contiguous voting district (non-adjacent). The U.S. House of Representatives forced South Carolina to revert to contiguous districts for the 1876 election. The U.S. House of Representatives instructed the state that it wouldn’t seat any more members elected under such a system. In 1882, South Carolina created a

“boa constrictor” district that concentrated Black Americans—who made up the majority of the state’s population—into one winding district, so that every other district had a white majority. It is shocking how generation after generation is so brainwashed, believing the Democratic Party is supporting the black minority. Gerrymandering in the South declined in the early 20th century due to the success of suppressing Black voters through poll taxes, the threat of lynching, and other insidious tactics. Because the majority of people who could vote in southern states were white and usually Democrats, the white Democrat establishment didn’t feel the need to manipulate districts to maintain its majority. In the 1960s, a 'Redistricting Revolution' emerged, challenging Gerrymandering.

In fact, after the 1900 census, some states hadn’t revised their districts at all until the 1960s. As more people moved to cities, particularly Black Americans and immigrants, these state-maintained districts gave disproportionate power to white, rural, non-immigrant Americans. The U.S. Supreme Court changed this in the 1960s with a series of decisions known as the “Redistricting Revolution.” Under Chief Justice Earl Warren, the court ruled that all state

voting districts must have roughly equal populations. In addition, states must adjust their federal congressional districts after every 10-year census so that each of the 435 members in the U.S. House of Representatives represents roughly the same number of people. Combined with the Voting Rights Act of 1965, which protected Black Americans’ right to vote, these Supreme Court decisions ensured voters were more evenly represented in their state legislatures and the U.S. House of Representatives. The court singled out the U.S. Senate as a unique institution whose members didn’t need to define the same number of people. But within a couple of decades, computer technology made it easier for political operatives to strategically map districts to benefit their party under the new rules.

When does Gerrymandering become Illegal? While partisan gerrymandering is generally

not addressed by federal courts, drawing district lines based on race is prohibited under federal law. The Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment and Section 2 of the Voting Rights Act of 1965 forbid redistricting plans that dilute the voting power of racial minorities. These protections ensure minority groups have an equal opportunity to participate in the political process and elect their preferred candidates. As a side note, politics being politics, several common tactics in Gerrymandering are used that are illegal: Cracking involves splitting a concentrated minority population across multiple districts. Packing refers to concentrating a large number of minority voters into a single district,

which reduces their influence in surrounding districts. When there are challenges to the Equal Protection Clause of the 14th Amendment, it is most often necessary to prove that race was the predominant factor in drawing the district lines. Under the Voting Rights Act of 1965, a redistricting plan must not result in a denial or abridgment of the right to vote on account of race.

ree

Nevada’s redistricting in 2021 under Governor Sisolak had three significant problems. The first was that when drawing maps, there was little consideration for the Representatives in the North, with huge, vast areas that make it nearly impossible for one person to cover, leaving voters feeling they have limited representation. The second was Joe Biden’s open-border policy. Lastly, Joe Biden or the autopen signing of Executive Order 13986 H Including illegal immigrants in the census. Biden overturned a previous Trump executive order, 13880, that disbarred illegals from being counted in the Census. This was done for the enumeration and determining congressional apportionment throughout the country. Biden allowed somewhere between fifteen and twenty million illegals into our country, giving larger states additional Congressional appointments. Even though our state has its share of illegal immigrants, it did not change the number of Congressional seats for Nevada. Nevada continues to be at the bottom of every list, so it is no surprise that the Gerrymandering Project gave Nevada an F. (All my references are at the bottom for further research.) Horsford, Amodei, Lee, and Titus are our Congressional Members who represent our state. Three of our four representatives are from the Las Vegas area and are Democrats; thankfully, we have Congressman Amodei, in the north, as the lone Republican. We must vote in 2026 and re-elect Congressman Mark Amodei.

ree

Why does this matter? Where do most illegals live? Towns and cities with our black and brown citizens, our largest populations. A congressional district is a geographic area within a state that appoints one member to represent it in the United States House of Representatives. Thankfully, President Trump is signing another executive order, which will lead to another census that will not include illegals. We cannot tolerate corrupt gerrymandering in these large, diverse populations. Dearborn, Michigan, already has one Congresswoman of very questionable loyalties to the U.S.A., Rashida Tlaib, who does not believe in our Judeo-Christian values and would like some version of the Quran to take the place of our Constitution. I ask that you please support President Trump’s initiative to conduct the Census again. We need all the illegals to be removed from our census. They are not legally allowed to vote, so why would we want to include their count as a deciding factor in who receives another appointment to Congress? God Bless President Trump and his administration.

Saturday morning, my fellow volunteer and I ventured to Mill’s Park for voter registration. Once more, the farmers’ market is operating in the park’s pavilion, in a great location. For three years, we have requested to hold a NON-Partisan Voter Registration booth with the Farmer’s Market, and for three years, we have been denied. No politics is Breana Owens’ (the owner of the market) response.

ree

This year, we decided to set up a table in the shade of a tree for voter registration in Mills Park.  Mills Park is a public park. Let this sink in: you, the taxpayers of Carson City subsidize the farmers’ market of Carson City. Bet you didn’t know your tax money supports some of the cost for Breana Owens' Farmer’s Market. Kathy and I were sitting by the Monument for 9-11, how ironic it is to have our freedom of speech shut down while by that monument. We were only speaking to people who approached us, we had a non-partisan Voter Registration sign on our table, and we were handing out pocket constitutions and American flags. We were a couple of hundred feet away from the Farmers Market, as my picture demonstrates. Ms. Owens came out onto the grass and told us we had to leave, that she had reserved the entire northeast end of the park, and we were not allowed to be there. I bet you didn’t know the Carson City taxpayers reserved all that portion of the park for the Farmers Market. At that point, I called the board of supervisors to ask if I had the right to be there, and a member confirmed that I did and that I should not move. Upon a more heated discussion regarding the fact that it’s a public park and there must be freedom of speech, Ms. Owens called the Sheriff’s department to have us removed. When the two deputy sheriffs arrived, they had a map that showed she had reserved the pavilion and all the grass area past the playground, extending up to the parking lot, including the playground. I told these young men that it was absurd and the only reason we would move was because they were very friendly and understood our viewpoint. My son-in-law is a police officer, and as I said, I didn’t want to add to their day, but this absurdity was not going to end. An additional point is that we are paying for this overzealous land grab for the entire summer. The Farmers’ Market is in the pavilion, not in the northeast section of the park.

There is a call to boycott the Farmer’s Market, which would surely hurt Owens. I would prefer that you call Mayor Lori Bagwell (775-283-7144) and have her return the grass to the people.  I don’t want to see the Farmers Market hurt and prevent our neighbors from getting fresh fruits and vegetables. Unfortunately, I do believe Owens plays partisan politics. The Farmer’s Market in Gardnerville gives the Republican Party a table inside free of charge for Voter Registration. We were willing to register people as non-partisan, as a public service to you, the people.  To save our country, we must educate the people and be sure they vote in 2026.  We wanted to register voters, and that would have been all parties. Most importantly, we are trying to educate our citizens by giving them pocket constitutions. I am very disappointed with the lack of concern for our voters in Carson City by Ms. Breana Owens the owner of the Farmer’s Market. If we are going to save the country, we must educate our citizens.  #Pledgetovote2026
